My son and I had the pleasure of spending a weekend in October in the North Carolina Mountains, and we came away, refreshed, having taken in the beautiful fall scenery.
Included in this post are a few pictures taken during our visit to the Blue Ridge Mountains in mid-October.
Our trip there was a bit early, and we did not enjoy the full color of the leaves, however we enjoyed the refreshing views of those leaves that had already changed colors.

Faith and I are doing a conference in Greenville, SC November 6,7. How far is that from where you live?
Snellville, GA is 127 miles from Greenville; it would take you about 2.5 hours on I-85 South. Have a good trip.
